Kid's Toy Manufacturing Process
Software development: Write code based on the toy's functions and the needs of the target user group, conduct multiple tests to ensure the stability and security of the software, and design an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface.
SMT patch: according to the circuit schematic designed by engineers, the required electronic components are soldered to the printed circuit board through automated equipment or manual methods to manufacture pcba, and the assembled PCBA is preliminarily tested for functionality.
Mold manufacturing: Design the mold structure according to the product design drawings, use high-precision CNC to process the mold parts, and then assemble them. After making samples, evaluate them and adjust the mold parameters if necessary to achieve the best results.
Injection molding: Mix molten ABS environmentally friendly plastic with additives (such as pigments) in proportion, heat the plastic to the melting point and inject it into the mold under high pressure, and take out the molded part after cooling and solidification.
Product assembly: All individual plastic structural parts, electronic components and other parts are combined together to form a complete toy.
